The K3 Lumbar Kit consists of two items: Dense K3 Lumbar FoamĀ and an additional K3 Lumbar Shim.Ā The K3 Frame comes with one lumbar insert installed, but by installing an additional insert you can increase lumbar pressure, if desired. The Dense K3 Lumbar Foam will offer a firmer feeling that some pack users prefer, and can also reduce sag for people whose body type requires more lumbar pressure.
