At Exo Mtn Gear, we stand behind our backcountry equipment and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next hunt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in clean, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Process

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
